Join us at Thrive, as we kick off a whole month of activities, events and conversations at Lake House for Menopause Awareness Month.
This special event is all about helping women understand what is happening to their bodies, learning practical ways to feel better in midlife and beyond, and connecting with others who are on a similar journey.
Whether you're navigating perimenopause, menopause or post-menopause, you'll leave feeling informed, supported and empowered with simple strategies to improve your health, wellbeing and quality of life.
We'll be bringing together expert speakers, interactive workshops, movement sessions and a carefully selected range of women's wellness businesses, all designed to support and inspire you.
Take time to browse our wellness marketplace, discover incredible local businesses, learn from experts and connect with like-minded women in a welcoming and supportive environment.
And because menopause affects more than just women, partners are welcome too. Understanding menopause can make a huge difference, and this is a fantastic opportunity to learn more about the physical, emotional and mental changes many women experience.
Throughout the day, you can relax in our newly opened café, enjoy a coffee and cake, or simply take a moment for yourself beside the beautiful lake.
Thrive and our sister event, Menopause Mingle, are part of our range support for midlife women across Ashford and Kent.
Meeting people, creating friendships and having new experiences is an important part of our commitment to you. So come with friends or come on your own – you'll be welcomed either way.
It's a chance to pause, learn, connect and invest in yourself. Because the second half of life should be your strongest, healthiest and happiest yet.
