This Weight Management Hypnotherapy Group Programme is not a traditional diet; instead, it harnesses the power of hypnotherapy to help you shift how you view food and reshape your beliefs around eating. By addressing the subconscious patterns and emotional triggers that fuel unhealthy habits, you’ll develop a healthier, more balanced relationship with food. Through hypnosis, your mindset is gently reframed, empowering you to make lasting changes and take control of your weight and well-being — without rigid diets or harsh restrictions.
Over the years, this highly successful weight management hypnotherapy group programme, has helped thousands of people lose weight, transform their mindset around food

Each session roughly comprises: - 10-minute introduction and meditation and group talk; 40- minute coaching / group discussion; 30-minute hypnotherapy; plus 10-minute reflection and action setting. Each session has a follow-up email: summarising key points / action points agreed and any relevant exercises / homework.

POST COURSE 1-on-1 SESSION

A unique hypnotherapy session, offered as 1-to-1 add on experience.
It is a 7 week journey using coaching, NLP and Hypnotherapy to shift mindset, habits and emotional patterns related to weight, food and well-being.
This isn't about diets or rules - it's about changing your relationship with food, your body and yourself.
No - this is entirely optional. At each session you will have the chance to weigh yourself and be measured if you wish. Any data you choose to track will be recorded privately on a personal card kept securely by the coaches. You are welcome to share your progress within the group, but again this is only if you feel comfortable with it. The focus is on self awareness, choice and compassionate progress - not pressure or comparison.
Yes - each week involves light journaling, reflection or practical action steps.
Absolutely - it is about developing a positive, supportive relationship with your body.
For the in person group we will typically have between 15-30 people. For the online course, numbers are normally between 20-40 people.
Sessions are non refundable, but you will receive the follow up email with key insights and exercises.
Yes - all members agree to a confidentiality policy to create a safe and respectful place. The sessions are not recorded to protect group confidentiality.
This isn't treatment for disordered eating. If you are in recovery speak to your care provider before joining.

Not at all. Everything is guided and beginner-friendly.
No. Hypnosis is a co-operative process. You are always aware and can stop at any time.
That's fine. You can simply relax and listen, or opt out of that part of the session.
